01Who is responsible for your data

The fabletech.pro website is run by FABLE TECNOLOGIA LTDA, the controller of the personal data processed through it under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the "LGPD").

02Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to people who visit fabletech.pro and to people who contact Fable through the channels listed on it.

It does not cover the use of our apps. Each product has its own privacy policy and terms of use, which explain what data it processes, why, and who is responsible for it. For data processed inside a product, that product's policy applies:

03What data we process

Access logs

When you open a page, the hosting server automatically records technical data about the request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system (user agent) and the page you came from (referrer). We do not use this data to identify you or to build profiles.

Preferences stored in your browser

The site stores two preferences in your browser's local storage (localStorage): theme (light or dark) and language (Portuguese or English). This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be deleted at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Contact messages

If you reach us on Telegram or by email, we process the data you choose to send, such as your name, username, email address and the content of your message, to reply and follow up on the conversation.

What we don't do

  • We don't use cookies, ad pixels, analytics tools or session recording.
  • The site's fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. Opening the site makes no calls to third-party services such as Google Fonts.
  • We don't ask for or collect sensitive personal data.
  • We don't sell, rent or trade personal data.

04Why we use it and on what legal basis

Each processing activity has a specific purpose and a legal basis under Article 7 of the LGPD:

05Who we share it with

We only share data with parties that need it to run the site or to reply to you:

  • Vercel Inc., which hosts and delivers the site and processes access logs on our behalf.
  • Telegram, if you choose to contact us there. Your use of Telegram is governed by its own privacy policy.
  • Google (Gmail), our email provider, if you write to us.
  • Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

06International transfers

Vercel and our email and messaging providers may store data on servers outside Brazil, particularly in the United States. These transfers follow Article 33 of the LGPD and the rules of Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), relying on the contractual safeguards offered by these providers.

07How long we keep it

  • Access logs: for the 6-month period set by Article 15 of Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), or longer if an authority requests it or if they are needed to defend a legal claim.
  • Theme and language: until you clear the site's data in your browser.
  • Contact messages: while the conversation is ongoing. If it becomes a business relationship, for the periods required by law (such as tax rules). After that, we delete or anonymize them.

08Your rights

Under the LGPD (Articles 18 and 20), you can ask us at any time for:

  • confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed unlawfully;
  • portability of your data to another provider;
  • deletion of data processed with your consent, and information about the consequences of not consenting;
  • information about who we share your data with;
  • withdrawal of consent, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • review of decisions made solely by automated processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to fabletecnologia@gmail.com. We may ask for some information to confirm the request is yours. We reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint with the ANPD at gov.br/anpd.

10Security

The site is static, served only over HTTPS and uses security headers such as a Content Security Policy. There is no database and no logged-in area. Access to our hosting and email accounts is limited to those who need it.

No system is completely immune to incidents. If one occurs that may create a relevant risk or harm to you, we will notify you and the ANPD, as required by Article 48 of the LGPD.

11Children and teenagers

This site is not directed at children or teenagers and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have received data from a child or teenager, write to fabletecnologia@gmail.com and we will delete it.

The site links to our apps, to GitHub, to Telegram and to our founders' personal websites. When you click, you leave fabletech.pro and the destination site's privacy rules apply.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. If a change is significant, we will highlight it here.
